Næsgaarden is a historic gem on the edge of the Baltic Sea. Located just 50 meters from the Næs beach, this over 270-year-old pension with fruit trees in the garden, cobblestones in the courtyard, and rocky outcroppings in the guest garden exudes old-world charm. The place has been a guesthouse ever since the popular Danish movie “Father of Four” was filmed in Bornholm, and the ambiance is much the same as it was back then.

As you wander through the garden, you’ll see children playing, and guests relaxing on the grass, gazing up at the old apple trees. In the background, you can hear the sound of waves lapping against the shore and seagulls crying over the Baltic Sea. Life at this cozy little pension is soothing for the soul and enjoyable for all generations.

Næsgaarden has 14 tastefully decorated rooms that can accommodate up to 36 guests. So, there is plenty of room for everyone, even when the pension is fully booked. Additionally, there are many events held in the house and garden throughout the season, so even if you aren’t staying here, there are still plenty of reasons to visit.

If you are staying at Næsgaarden, you can start your day with a delightful breakfast served in the restaurant from 8:00 to 9:30 every day during the season. You can also enjoy fresh-baked bread from the stable door to your breakfast table. The bread is available every day of the week from 7:30 to 12:00.

Throughout the summer, Næsgaarden arranges various events, and the program for the 2023 season is currently under development. Keep an eye on their website to stay updated on the latest events.

During your stay, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi at the main building to help you plan your day’s activities. There are plenty of cozy nooks in the old garden under the fruit trees where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

As most guests prefer peace and quiet, Næsgaarden does not clean the rooms daily. However, if you require cleaning, they will gladly provide it.
