JustBoats.dk is looking for a dedicated and outgoing Ticket Seller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales and a love for the boating industry. We want to hear from you if you’re seeking a demanding and exciting opportunity to advance your career!
Job Description:
As a Ticket Seller for JustBoats.dk, your duties will include the following:
- Selling tickets for our various boating events and cruises
- Assisting customers with their ticket purchases and answering any questions they may have
- Processing payments and handling customer transactions
- Maintaining and updating our ticketing system
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Great English language + at least 1 more language communication skills. Being able to speak Danish is advantageous but not necessary.
Job Requirement:
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A passion for the boating industry and Hospitality
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
